Title I Information
Through federal education law, parents have the right to request information on the professional qualifications of the teachers and paraprofessionals at our school. If you are interested in learning about this information, please contact your school administrators, Marc Zachary or Anna Robinson at (864) 949-2373. Upon this request, you will receive a detailed explanation of the licensing, education, and experience of each of our teachers. You will also receive information regarding the qualifications of the paraprofessionals at our school.
Our staff understands that learning is a life-long pursuit. Teachers at Duncan Elementary continually take part in staff development and graduate courses. According to 2021-22 data, sixty-five (65%) of our teachers have advanced college degrees (Master's and above), and eight of our teachers are "National Board Certified Teachers."
The Title 1 Project is on file in the front office. We welcome suggestions. These may be sent to Lakita.cohen@spart5.net -- our front office receptionist/secretary.
