Friday's Sports All Stars Day was on point! And was quite an end to the busy school week!

Stars and Stripes Day on Thursday for HoCo 2024 was a hit! Here are a few to share!

It turned out to be a beautiful night under the stars in the courtyard for HoCo 2024!

Congratulations to Coach Redding and the Varsity Cheer team for a 2nd place finish in the Region II AAAAA Cheer Championships last night!!

What a fun day for Shoot for the Stars as many around the building dressed for a future career yesterday!

We will have REBS today. This is a very important REBS for the class of 2025! They will attend the Senior Jamboree which will include Graduation Information from Jostens!

Yesterday's blood drive was able to accept blood donations which will save 180 lives!!!! Thank you Rebels!

Student Attendance Guidelines for SHS Athletic Events: In order to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for ALL attendees, we remind you of our student attendance guidelines. Specifically, if you have middle school or elementary students, they must be accompanied throughout the game by a responsible adult. SHS students may attend without an adult with their student ID. Students from other high schools may attend without an adult on the visitor side, or with a parent or responsible adult on the home side. Loitering is not permitted around the concessions and other areas beyond the stands. What a great College Application Day today! ✔️215 Seniors participated (last year it was 187) ✔️358 college applications submitted ✔️14 college admission reps. from 12 colleges helped our students ✔️12 BHS staff members assisted

Homecoming Food Drive “Pie in the Face” Contest Tomorrow is your last chance to vote for the staff member you would most like to see pied in the face. Vote by filling the jar of your favorite pie contest member with cash. Jars will be available at all 4 lunches tomorrow. You may also bring donations to room 1319 or 1307 during 1st or 2nd period . All donations go to the Middle Tyger Community Center Food Pantry.

The science department had a great opportunity to geek out today with the Out of This World theme. And they took it to the stars while including spanish teacher, Señor Reyes, as an honorary science geek!

Tomorrow is our fall blood drive for 78 students who have pre-registered to participate. What a gift they will be giving! We are proud of our Rebels!

Students interested in competing in the Miss Souvenirs pageant in November must turn in their forms and payment on Tuesday, October 29 at 7:00 pm in the BFA cafeteria.
