First Day Fun in Mrs. Bo’s ELA Class! 🍬📚 Students worked in pairs to tie Twizzlers using only one hand! It was a fun way to build teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Great start to the year! 🎉

Ms. Scherer’s Fundamentals of Computing class played an engaging activity of Head, Shoulders, Knees, Color! Students had to practice using their listening skills in order to grab the color called after a sequence of actions were given. What a fun first day!

Ms. Phillips' class worked on some problem solving today with a breakout challenge. Students were challenged with solving the twisty wrist puzzle. Students were paired up and linked together. Their task was to work free without untying, breaking, cutting, or removing the wrist loops. Students were asked to: 1. Identify the problem 2. Analyze the problem 3. Generate possible solutions. 4. Evaluate and select a plan. 5. Test the plan. 6. Reflect and try again as many times as needed to solve the puzzle!
