My name is Emily Dean, and I am thrilled to serve as the Assistant Administrator at Berry Shoals Elementary! It is a privilege to be part of the Berry Shoals community, and I am excited to embark on this journey with you as we launch Berry Shoals Elementary.

I look forward to building strong relationships with our families and watching our students thrive. Our goal is to help them grow into responsible and respectful citizens.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from North Greenville University, a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. I have experience teaching 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades in Greenville County and Spartanburg District Five, and I also served as the district's Continuous Improvement Facilitator.  Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, visiting National Parks, and reading.
