Berry Shoals Intermediate School

Mrs. Stewart's 6th Grade classes participated in a "Book Tasting" as they reviewed fiction and nonfiction topics this week.

Science students in 6th grade tested their precision and ability to follow directions during The Rainbow Lab last week. They created the colors of the rainbow by mixing exact measurements of primary colored water.

Mrs. Hinch's classes enjoyed their first science lab this week. Students practiced measuring liquid volume and following procedures. A fun time was had by all!

Last week, Mrs. Ready's 6th grade classes were learning about the different tools they will be using in science this year, while Mrs. JT's 5th grade classes were launching their first science unit by making desk pets to reflect the ecosystem that pet lives in!!
