Mrs. Chapman's classes created their own parallelograms and triangles, then took turns solving the area of them. What a great hands on way to practice a skill and get them involved! 📏








Mrs. Bright's homeroom played a memory match game today to review key concepts on measurement! 📏📐





Ms. Mitchell's classes took their learning to the science lab to create fossils to culminate their fossil unit. 🦴 What a great keepsake to remember!











These students just went to Louisville, KY at the ACDA Southern Division Honor Choir Weekend. 🎶 They combined with students from 11 states and worked with composer Andrea Ramsey, heard Chanticleer perform a song for them, and wrapped it all up with a beautiful concert on Saturday. 🎵We are so proud of their hard work this past weekend!🤗






What better way to end a Friday than with Frau Poppe and the ⭐️cheer⭐️ cart! This month teachers were treated to sweet candy treats! 🍫🍬


Our Beta club students met today and came up with lucky sayings to spread amongst our staff in the month of March.☘️ What a fun way to spread cheer!










Yesterday, we had a full house at our FCA meeting. Our club members were given a message by Trevor Glisson from Church at the Mill. What a great way for them to start their day. ⛪️



Our last round of 6th graders went to Roper Mountain today. 🥼🔬They went through three labs to investigate the impact of meteoroids. ☄️They were able to work with microorganism, crater simulations, and fossils! 🦴











Last week, we inducted 5th and 6th grade club members into the National Beta Club. 🤩 Students must maintain all A's in order to be in the club, and exhibit great character, service, achievement, and leadership. Way to go students! 👏











Ms. West's classes have been hard at work implementing their #AVID strategies by using text structure charts. We love to see them hard at work. 📓

Our FCA today was an all girl group led by Taylor Sorenson from Grace Spartanburg. ⛪️ She spoke to them about qualities of a good friendship. 💕

Sunday🏈, and this past week Mrs. Chiles class had a friendly competition gearing up for it! 🤗Students were put on a team, 49ers or Chiefs. The winning team was the 49ers, who received donuts! 🍩 Who are you pulling for today?
