My role focuses on fostering a love of learning and building a foundation for lifelong literacy success.

As the Math Coach, I am passionate about supporting both students and teachers in developing a strong foundation in mathematical understanding. My role involves working closely with teachers to design engaging lessons, unpacking standards and units, designing assessments, providing targeted support to students, and fostering a love for learning math at every grade level. I believe in creating a collaborative, hands-on approach to problem-solving that helps students build confidence and critical thinking skills. My goal is to make math accessible and engaging for all students while empowering teachers to use effective strategies in the classroom.

My job as STEM coach is to support teachers in integrating science, technology, engineering, and mathematics into their classrooms (STEM). Some of my key responsibilities include providing professional development, planning and modeling lessons, organizing STEM-related events, collaborating on curriculum design, and facilitating hands-on activities. I also connect classrooms with industry professionals through guest speakers and community partnerships to inspire innovative teaching and learning.

As an instructional technology coach, my role is to enhance teaching and learning by effectively integrating technology into the classroom. I work closely with educators to understand their unique needs, offering personalized software support, training, and technology resources tailored to their goals. You’ll often find me in classrooms showcasing exciting robotics and coding tools that help students develop critical thinking and computational skills. My overarching aim is to empower teachers to incorporate innovative tools and strategies into their lesson plans, creating a more engaging and interactive learning environment for all students.
