Last Thursday Mrs. Loving's class had their Thanksgiving celebration with their families....and it was a huge success! The food was delicious, and the memories were made.🧡💛🧡💛

Big news from our Athletic Department!
What an exciting 2 days we have in store at Abner Creek Middle School. Our school will be hosting the first ever 2024 Winter Howl Classic Pre-season Basketball Tournament. Please come out and support some awesome athletes who have been working hard. The schedule for the first day is as follows:
4:30 - Carver vs Rainbow Lake (Girls)
5:45 - Carver vs Rainbow Lake (Boys)
7:00 - Abner Creek vs Mabry (Girls)
8:15 - Abner Creek (7th) vs Mabry (Boys)
On Tuesday (Nov. 26) from 1:30 - 3:00, we will have our staff volleyball game against the undefeated Abner Girls Volleyball Team. Students should wear their house colors and bring money for concessions. Our winter coaches will help run concessions as we are using this as a fundraiser for our seasons.
Later that day, we will have day 2 of our tournament which culminates in two championship games later in the night. See the newsletter for full details.
Finally, shout out to Coach Cox and Coach Wiant for leading our 8th grade Wolves team to the first basketball win in school history against Gettys Middle School this weekend at Powdersville Middle School. Antonio "Ace" Evans was named to the all-tournament team.

Eight of our fantastic young musicians participated in Region 1 Honors Orchestra this weekend at Chesnee High School. They had a blast and made some amazing music!
