State and Federal Accountability
State and Federal Accountability measures are mandated by entities in the United States and the State of South Carolina. Various laws and regulations guide the accountability process which helps schools and districts succeed in the education of children.
The links below will take users to external sites where accountability measures can be viewed. The SC Report Card Site has the actual report card data for all schools and districts across SC. The Education Oversight Committee has resources for users to learn about the school report card system and what the indicators on each report card mean.
District Strategic Plan
The district strategic plan and school renewal plans are 5-year documents that are required by state regulation. The district and schools convene a team of stakeholders representing staff, community members, parents and students to analyze current data trends, create new 5-year goals, and design and implement the plan. The current district strategic plan can be found at the link below. School Renewal Plans can be found on each schools' webpage.
