Welcome to D5 Transportation Department
Spartanburg School District Five transports more than 6, 249 students to and from school each day . There are 239 bus routes (not including shuttles) that cover 4,144 miles each day and 745,920 annually. Shuttles, Activities and Field Studies that number great that 800 would account for an approximate additional 345,000 miles annually. Our mission is to provide safe and efficient transportation for students and staff of District Five.
For any safety or driving concerns regarding our buses please contact the Transportation Office at the number above.
Buses are expected to arrive within 10 minutes of their scheduled time. Please have students at their stops and ready to board the bus 10 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time. The bus schedule can not allow more time to wait for tardy students or for students to exit personal vehicles. For more information, please see "Frequently Asked Questions" below.
If you have an address change or need school bus transportation for your student please click the link below. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your request to be processed. Someone from Transportation will contact you about your request.
